CD Review: Soundgarden-King Animal(2012)

Rusty Cage, Jesus Christ Pose, Fell On Black Days and the list goes on one of my favorite bands of any era or genre of any age is back and in fine form I might add.
Ever the changing band with time signatures, vocal stylings like no-other band can emulate , drums beating to a different beat than what might end up on the radio, why? this is too good for radio. This is where  Soundgarden lives on the outside, sure they had  Black Hole Sun & they were on the Soundtrack to The Avengers, but this is raw energetic sounds that I love this band for-wow what a great treat to have NEW music to hear from them.
Chris Cornell has one of the coolest voices in music and backed up by such talented musicians-glad to have you all back guys-thanks so much!

This is the new copy of Revolver Magazine that I got in the mail last week and this is a great magazine(my favorite)some quotes from the magazine:
"You can be in a hard-rock band without being a dickhead. You  can be in a hard-rock band without being a moron, doing a kegstand.Soundgarden was about heavy music that wasn't all hairdo"-Kim Thavil(Guitars)

Chris Cornerll explains one of the reasons they split up.

"I think what caused us to split apart was just that Soundgarden had become a business, and that business started to be able to dictate to us what, where and when we were doing things.Whether we were comfortable with it or not"

This album is amazing for some many reasons if you are a fan of this amazing band you will enjoy it as much as I am, right now I am currently listening to a FREE stream of it on ITUNES.
I will be buying this album for this needs to be bought and supported and they are going on the road to support the album as well.

The band will be on David Letterman this coming Monday November 12, 2012 to perform!

The band has announced a commemorative poster art design contest for the tour, asking fans to use the album title as the theme to create a ferocious and primal design that embodies the untamed disposition of a "King Animal." The deadline for submission is December 21st. For more information, go to
