CD Review: The Persevering Promise

There are so many young rock bands coming out these days and some that really don't get how to really rock but this band gets it.
When I say young I mean it, look at these youngsters.
That aside this is an overall enjoyable album, some of the songs vocal wise sound the same , but that does not mean I am not enjoying it quite the opposite.

"The Whistleblower" lead in kicks in at high gear and is one of the stronger songs on the album but this is a well played album.
"Colors" is also a good song with some nice bass drum work and some overall heavy sound.

Post-hardcore band, The Persevering Promise, has opened the ears and pulled on the heartstrings of fans and critics throughout the Pacific Northwest and the western United States with their debut EP, Fake Is Not A Pretty Color. The dynamic anthems of The Persevering Promise are comprised of strong, honest vocals, ranging from vibrant hooks to solid gang chants, monstrous guitar riffs and technical, animalistic, powerhouse drumming.

Thank you for reading this
