British Columbia Talent: CD Review-- Brad Curtis & The Some x 6 Band-Dodging Raindrops(Releases Sept 9, 2014)

I had the pleasure of having this band my fundraiser last month -they actually started the night off for me, with this song-below.

Now they have their new album that Brad was kind of enough to send my way and I have listened to it a number of times and have enjoyed it a lot.

"Jet Black Mustang" has to be my favourite song on the album , just the riff of the guitar and the mood of the song sounds like something The Travelling Wilbury's would have played.

They only played the night with true professionalism and expertise many in the crowd had become new fans for sure, I was happy when I got this sent my way , I am always impressed with the amount of great music in this province and want to support more of it.
All around this is an enjoyable "Can You See Your Dreams" has a great ballad beat and just great music in my books.

This song below was released on their previous album.

The band also has a CD release party happening at
The Railway Club-579 Dunsmuir Street Vancouver BC
On Sunday November 30th at 7:30 PM

Thank you for reading this
