John Lennon He Brought Such Light , Would Have Been 75 Today

There are few people I have ever admired as much I have John Lennon , not because of what he was--A Beatle or a musician but who he was a man of great intellect and a man who spoke and stood up for peace.
The man unlike many before or any after him had the impact on so many others in his viewpoints, sure many disagreed with him or hated him because of what he was, again a Beatle. Some feeling he owed them something because his music spoke volumes , more than what he would do with The Beatles.
People called him crazy when he did the Bed -in for peace , who else would have done it? Not me or you that's for sure.He stood out from the crowd was not afraid of being himself and that is the strongest that any human being can achieve is allowing all their strengths and weaknesses to be who they are.
He was a human being just like the rest of us he had a bigger portion of people that knew him than just an average human would.
All the more reasons he went into hiding for as many years as he did and I get it as he wanted a normal life after all the chaos he saw while he was in The Beatles I am sure.
This was one of the last pictures ever taken of the man , say what you want about Yoko Ono --regardless the man loved her and that is all that matters in the end.

I choose not to include any videos in this piece as many know his music , just wanted to write about what he meant to me.
Happy 75th John Lennon
